All our packages have a fixed price contract. There are no hidden extras that you are surprised by at the end of the job. Our allowances provide for quality fittings and inclusions, but are flexible if you want to choose other options.

Our packages allow you to select your block of land & house design. We have many designs to choose from or you may want to have your own design. Each plan is custom drawn to your requirements.

All homes come fully complete and ready for occupation.
